Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for all cancellations or to reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice and all no shows will be charged a fee of 50% of the booked service. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, your appointment may have to be rescheduled and a fee will be assessed.

Guests and Children Policy

We ask that you do not bring any children or guests to your appointment unless they are receiving a service or consultation for services. If you are unable to attain child care, your appointment will have to be rescheduled. We apologize for any inconvenience.
